Is Parlar really free?

Yes. The live chat, the visitor details, the WordPress and WooCommerce plugin, several websites and your whole team are free, with no trial period and no credit card.

What do the extras add?

Things that cost us to run for you: removing the Parlar mark, an AI assistant, people from our team who answer for you, and an AI that answers your phone. Each one is optional.

When can I add an extra?

They’re coming soon. Each extra opens when it’s ready, with its price on this page, and you choose it before paying anything.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You’ll only add a card if you choose an extra.

Is there a limit on websites or agents?

You can add up to 50 websites to one account and invite your whole team. Your chat history stays in your account.

How is the AI assistant priced?

Each website gets 100 AI replies a month for free. After that, each website pays $26 a month for 1,000 replies, $96 for 5,000 or $396 for 20,000. Reply suggestions for your team don’t count.

How much do hired agents cost?

It depends on the hours you book each week. Cover around the clock, 168 hours a week, costs $1 an hour. With fewer hours the hour costs more, up to $3 for 10 hours a week.

Yes. People from our team answer your questions 24/7, free.
